Meet Carol Reyes, the accomplished Executive Chef behind the new Bóveda restaurant. Her culinary journey began in 2001 at Universidad del Este in Puerto Rico and was later perfected at the esteemed Culinary Institute of America in New York, where she completed her studies in 2006.
Throughout her career, Reyes has worked at renowned restaurants across the island before taking on the role of Executive Chef at Bóveda in Hato Rey's Popular Center building. Her passion for cooking stems from her maternal grandmother's cherished recipes, which guided her through the early stages of her successful career. Reyes was also fortunate to have the guidance of multiple mentors who helped her develop her own unique style and cooking techniques. Her inspiring story is a testament to the power of hard work, dedication, and a love for what you do.
